suggest mixing this with the coldest water you can and chugging it! The flavor is not bad, but the mixture will
thicken quickly. If you’re someone who
doesn’t do well with texture, just get it down as fast as you can. I’m not going to lie, this was hard for me to
get down. BUT, it is only once a day, so
three times total.

Easy-to-fix, healthy, and

I know I don’t drink as much water
as I should, but I know it helps me feel better and less hungry if I do. You should drink half of your weight in ounces of water each day. The teas are green and herbal teas, NOT sweet tea! I love green tea so this was great to have in the plan. I didn't even feel the need to drink all of the cups of tea each day (up to 3 cups each day).
