Pull-up Goals



Just got this pull-up bar installed a little while ago as part of my "home gym" to use with my workouts.  Some of the Beachbody programs require more equipment than others, and there are always modifications to use different equipment.  I'm excited to take my results with 22 Minute Hard Corps and The Master's Hammer & Chisel to the next level by upping my game with this one! It's nice and sturdy in the doorway and doesn't make me nervous to use it. (I was super excited to receive it at a discount to give my review!)



Upper body strength is definitely a weakness of mine, but I'm slowly improving it. I always want to be better! 

My goal is to be able to do 10 pull-ups without the assist band by August 15th.

We'll see how this goes :)
