Egg Cup Recipe

These cute little egg cups are a great go-to for a quick breakfast that's easy to grab on your way out of the house.  Plus, they are super easy to make!  


12 eggs
8 oz. cooked turkey bacon, chopped up (or any cooked meat like ham or sausage)
1 1/2 tbsp Mrs Dash Onion and Herb Seasoning (I love this one because it's salt-free and tastes great!)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
2 oz. green chilies
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or whatever kind you like)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 12 cup muffin pan.

Cook whatever meat you choose to use and cut into small pieces.

In a bowl, beat eggs.

Add onion seasoning, pepper, garlic, and chilies.  Stir in meat and cheese.

Spoon the mixture into the muffin cups almost to the top. 

Bake 20-25 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Makes 12 servings

These are great right away but can also be stored in the refrigerator and popped in the microwave and still taste just as good!
